VALVE:
● 1. The original crushing pipe hydraulic foot valve is cancelled and replaced by a solenoid valve.
● 2. Find a place at the bottom of the cab to install the solenoid valve and secure it.
● 3. Connect the three pilot oil pipes of the original crushing pipe to the oil ports of the pilot solenoid valve.
1. Note that the power supply used by the wood grabber controller is 24V
2. Pay attention to the output function corresponding to the five plugs
3. If possible, fix the controller as much as possible to prevent vibration from causing failure
1. Note that there is an over-cable cable on the operating handle, and the over-cable needs to be connected to the controller first 2. Note: The right handle button is the control switch, and the left handle button is the control for forward and reverse rotation.
✪ 1. When installing the main cable, it needs to be arranged from the front end of the forearm to the cab as shown in Figure 1.
✪2. When installing the cable take, pay attention to the connection to the output of the power supply machine and electrical appliance, and it is forbidden to directly connect to the positive electrode of the battery, and the grounding wire must be in contact with the body.
✪3. Install the controller cables neatly arranged and wrap the cables to prevent friction damage. 4. Install the pilot solenoid valve cable, pay attention to the layout, do not rub the pilot oil pipe.
